At NOMAD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your journey; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are intact and the return form is included.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
